We are seeking a Remote Junior Sales Associate who will work closely with clients and team members to deliver excellent service while explaining permanent benefits available to them through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate values teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients via Zoom and phone calls to explain our permanent products and benefits
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared performance goals
  • Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support
  • Keep documentation and client files up to date to meet the company's standards
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred (No prior sales experience required as training will be provided)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
  • Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
