The Junior Recruiter is responsible for full 360 recruitment. This includes, developing job descriptions, posting roles, filter through candidates and conduct phone screens, manage documentation via DocuSign (this includes employment contracts and tax forms), convert applicants into Care Pro’s in our Bloom scheduling systems. The Regional TA Specialist may also be involved with orientation duties such as conduction/co-hosting orientation, manage attendance lists, input attendees into Bloom scheduling systems, develop and mail Bloom ID badges.
The Regional TA Specialist will be exposed to fast-paced recruitment of Personal Support Workers and any additional office roles.

Tasks include:
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs
  • Source talent by building networks and cultivating relationships within talent networks to find qualified and “great fit” candidates
  • Build and maintain networks of potential candidates for assigned business areas
  • Develop a talent pipeline of internal and external talents
  • Identify hard-to-fill roles and source innovative channels for recruitment
  • Manage posting of job vacancies using the best-performing recruitment channels
  • Schedule, conduct and score phone and face-to-face candidate interviews, and interpret assessment results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at local schools, colleges and universities, and participate in career fairs, job fairs, etc., to promote as an employer of choice, increase talent brand awareness, and provide information about opportunities available
  • Develop recruitment reports and trends in recruitment that will determine best places to recruit
  • Provide talent analytics, tracking candidate pipelines, quality of hire, time to fill, etc.
