Our properties, located in Southern Ontario, are currently looking for a Junior Property Manager for its rental properties. Under the supervision of the Regional Multi-Residential Director, the Jr. Property Manager must plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the multi-residential buildings. The Jr. Property Manager humanizes the service both with tenants and with employees under his supervision.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete move in/out inspections
  • Scope turnovers
  • Manager small scope renovations
  • Monitor and manage leasing activity.
  • Complete the various reports requested.
  • Ensure the optimization of human resources in a context of operational and financial efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with standards and quality standards.
  • Analyze the needs of the complex and the clientele.
  • Ensure the marketing of the building and rental in order to have apartments rented at full capacity.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of management experience (an asset)
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of real estate management
  • Mastery of the laws of Ontario governing rental properties
  • Knowledge of Yardi (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
