Guillevin in Nanaimo, BC is seeking a Jr. Project Quotation Specialist to provide accurate quotations to key contractors and coordinate with suppliers on major projects. You will manage purchase orders, track progress, and ensure timely communication with customers and the project team.

The role emphasizes margin awareness, change orders, and proactive pricing, with a focus on delivering reliable customer service and maintaining product knowledge across lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12 education.
• Five years’ experience in a similar position.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Highly organized with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Work with Projects team and Sales Representatives to prepare accurate quotations.
• Manage all aspects of customer purchase orders: communication, documentation, coordination of material supply and delivery, invoicing.
• Monitor project progress and address issues; report to management.
• Liaise with customers to define project requirements, scope and objectives; respond to requests promptly.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors as directed by management.
• Maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
