Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project coordination experience in commercial, mixed-use, or multi-family construction.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in progressing to a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plan/specification analysis for design documents.
• Liaise with subcontractors regarding drawings and pricing.
• Maintain project documentation and filing systems.
• Monitor fieldwork to ensure compliance with safety and standards.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of construction methods

Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to interpret blueprints and contracts

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

Degree in Engineering or Construction Engineering Technology Diploma
