About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives in retail operations, technology, and marketing. This role focuses on program enablement, project updates across multiple domains, and ensuring smooth execution of customer-facing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage timelines, scope, and budgets for multiple projects.
  • Coordinate updates for Retail ERP systems, POS providers, and flyer/vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps, project plans, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with functional leads in Tech, Marketing, Finance, and Category Management.
  • Support change management and program enablement activities.
  • Communicate effectively with national management teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of project management experience (preferably in retail operations).
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator on 2–3 projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines across multiple domains.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • PMP certification (or in progress).
  • Experience with loyalty programs.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and Retail ERP platforms.
  • Vendor management experience.
