What You Will Accomplish

Reporting directly to the Engineering Director, the Junior Project Manager will perform conformity inspections and calculate load capacities for pallet racking systems. The role requires frequent travel across the United States, driving deep client engagement and ensuring high‑quality solutions.

Responsibilities (English)

• Conduct conformity inspections of client storage facilities.
• Calculate load capacities for pallet racking and storage systems.
• Coordinate travel across the United States throughout the month.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the Engineering Director and client stakeholders.

Responsabilités (French)

• Sous la supervision du Directeur de l'ingénierie, le chargé de projet a pour rôle de procéder aux inspections de conformité et de déterminer les capacités de charges des systèmes d'entreposage (palettiers) des clients de Damotech.
• Afin de réaliser ces mandats, chargé de projet voyagera aux États-Unis plusieurs fois par mois.

Qualifications (English)

• Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical / building engineering (or currently obtaining).
• Proficient in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Passionate about traveling across North America.

Qualifications (French)

• Baccalauréat en génie civil / mécanique / bâtiment (ou en voie d'obtention).
• Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (parlé et écrit).
• Être passionné pour les voyages (Amérique du Nord).
