About The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Project Control Officer (PCO) to support the successful rollout of the Panorama REACT applications, enabling access for over 14,000 users across 3,000 organizations. The PCO will assist with project coordination, onboarding processes, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth implementation within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Support
- Coordinate project communications, scheduling, and onboarding activities across client organizations and internal teams.
- Support client organizations in completing onboarding requirements, including agreements, technical setup, and end-user onboarding.
- Maintain and update project and operational documentation, logs, and resource repositories.
Project Documentation & Reporting
- Track deliverables, monitor progress, and elevate challenges when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation — including change requests, issues logs, procurement records, and status reports.
- Manage ticket and change request processes to ensure timely resolution and transparency.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support stakeholder relationship management by acting as a liaison between client organizations and internal partners.
- Assist in client onboarding and agreements management, ensuring compliance and efficient coordination.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and ensure full documentation of processes, updates, and deliverables.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in each of the following:
- Project coordination and documentation
- Client onboarding and agreements management
- Stakeholder relationship management and client support
- Proven ability to organize, document, and monitor project deliverables in dynamic environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience supporting client agreements or working with contract documentation.
- Familiarity with ticket request management systems.
- Understanding of Identification, Authentication, and Authorization (IAA) concepts.
- Public sector or healthcare project experience (asset).
