Job summary

A leading tech company is seeking a Public Policy and Language Specialist to translate and adapt complex policy frameworks into structured rubrics for AI training. The ideal candidate will have native-level fluency in Mandarin, along with strong English skills and a degree in a relevant field. Experience in politics or public policy, as well as excellent writing and communication abilities, are essential. This role offers paid work trials and a commitment of 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

  • 2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc.
  • Experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing.

  • Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
  • Write fluently in both Traditional Chinese and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression across languages.

Role Responsibilities
