Qualifications

• Recently completed or completing a 4-year degree in the listed fields (2024–2026 grads encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfort with data, spreadsheets, and structured reporting.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; in Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical, organized approach to work.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage across levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in a structured environment.
• Genuine curiosity about technology, vendor ecosystems, and enterprise vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor data across VMO systems of record (Fieldglass, Ariba, Workday).
• Support production of weekly and monthly VMO reports, including KPI dashboards and invoice summaries.
• Assist in end-to-end invoice processing — validation, reconciliation, routing, and exception tracking.
• Support PO creation and vendor agreement administration within VMO procurement systems.
• Coordinate vendor governance meetings and performance review materials.
• Collaborate with Service Area stakeholders, VMO Sr. Managers, and senior analysts on data requests.
