Norda Stelo seeks a motivated Junior to Intermediate Structural Engineer to join Vancouver. You’ll contribute to the design and analysis of structural systems across industrial projects, and collaborate with senior engineers, clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver robust solutions.
Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, an EIT with EGBC, and 0–5 years’ experience. Proficiency with RISA-3D, SAP2000, STAAD, AutoCAD or Revit is expected.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior to Intermediate Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering professional who is passionate about solving real-world problems and contributing to a diverse range of innovative and technically challenging projects.
Our expertise is diversifying, how about you?
· Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering
· Registration, as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with EGBC
· 0-5 years of relevant structural engineering experience
· Exposure to structural analysis, design, inspection, repair, or site support is an asset
· Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is an asset
· Familiarity with structural modelling software such as RISA-3D, SAP2000, or STAAD is an asset
· Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting and modelling tools is an asset
· Basic knowledge of applicable Canadian structural design codes and standards
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
· Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn
· Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
· Valid BC driver’s licenceIncontournable (exigence)
