About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our clients’ hiring needs on a contract basis. In this role, you will recruit for a wide range of non‑technical and specialized positions, leveraging your business development and relationship‑building skills to engage top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in sourcing talent, managing the full recruitment process, and working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and team needs.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate outreach, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple disciplines.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
  • Track and report on recruitment activity and metrics.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical and specialized positions.
  • Proven success in managing highvolume, multi‑discipline recruitment projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and use of modern recruitment tools/platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Contract Details
  • Must be set up as an independent contractor.
