Junior HVAC Product Engineer

Are you a recent engineering graduate with an interest in heat pump technology, sustainability, and innovative HVAC solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to kick‑start your career with a growing HVAC manufacturer, where you’ll be supported, trained and given a genuine pathway into senior engineering or management roles.

In this role, Club you’ll work at the intersection of product design and manufacturing, helping turn ideas into real‑world, high‑performance HVAC products. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, collaborate with experienced engineers and play a key part in developing the next generation of Air Source Heat Pump systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in the design and development of Air Source Heat Pump systems and components
• Convert engineering concepts into manufacturable drawings and documentation
• Support production teams with technical queries and process improvements
• Take part in testing, validation and prototype development
• Work with R&D, quality and project engineering to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities within design and manufacturing

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
• An interest in HVAC, refrigeration, renewable energy or heat pump technology
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred, training provided)
• A proactive mindset with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Enthusiasm to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility
