Avanti Le Spa Westmount is hiring a Junior Hairdresser / Colorist.

This role is ideal for someone starting out in the industry or a stylist without an established clientele who wants hands‑on experience, real mentorship, and a clear path to building their own chair.

The role:

• Assist senior stylists, colorists, and educators
• Hands‑on learning on real clients
• Hairdressing assistant work (prep, blow‑dries, color support, treatments etc.)
• Actively build your skills and your clientele

Client building:

• Clients are provided weekly
• We work with lead generators that bring in new clients consistently
• You’ll have the opportunity to build your own clientele quickly, not just assist forever

Ce poste est idéal pour une personne en début de carrière ou sans clientèle établie, qui souhaite apprendre sur le terrain, assister une équipe de professionnels et développer rapidement sa clientèle.

Le poste:

• Assister les coiffeurs, coloristes et formateurs seniors
• Apprentissage pratique avec de vrais clients
• Travail d’assistant(e) en coiffure (préparations, brushings, soutien couleur, soins etc.)
• Développement des compétences et de la clientèle

Développement de clientèle:

• Clientèle fournie chaque semaine
• Nous travaillons avec des générateurs de leads qui amènent régulièrement de nouveaux clients
• Possibilité de bâtir rapidement sa propre clientèle
