SimplyCast is seeking a Junior Front-End Developer to collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to craft a fashionable, usable interface across devices. You will help plan and implement UX improvements, establish UI standards, and work with API/backend teams to translate requirements into responsive features.

A strong eye for layout, accessibility and performance is essential, plus the ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET (C#) and front-end development with MVC-type frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with markup languages and modern front-end tooling.
• Ability to work with RESTful APIs and asynchronous workflows.
• Understanding of the full web development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of UX improvements across the SimplyCast platform.
• Establish and document standards for UI elements and design system usage.
• Assist in migrating interfaces to align with new design philosophy and system.
• Collaborate with API/backend teams on UI requirements and changes.
• Optimize front-end apps for speed, scalability and cross-device performance.
• Analyze usability issues and implement improvements for better UX.
• Develop modular, reusable front-end components aligned with design system.
• Maintain and expand the shared UI component library across SimplyCast apps.
