About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our global Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting decision-making through analysis and visualization.

You’ll assist with forecasting, reporting, and dashboarding while gaining hands‑on experience with tools like Power BI, Excel, and IFS Cloud. You’ll also have exposure to AI‑driven tools that help streamline reporting and automate routine analysis. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, comfortable with data, and curious about how technology is shaping the future of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of monthly management reporting and variance analysis.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving Power BI dashboards and other financial reports.
  • Help analyze performance trends and visualize KPIs to support business decisions.
  • Work closely with Accounting to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range financial models.
  • Partner with senior analysts and business leaders to understand financial performance drivers.
  • Support ongoing initiatives to automate and enhance FP&A processes using AI‑assisted and analytics tools.
  • Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Support the broader FP&A team in driving continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis (internship or co‑op experience welcome).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
  • Basic experience with Power BI or a strong interest in learning dashboard tools.
  • Understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity about automation, AI tools, and how technology can improve financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Adaptive, IFS Cloud, or similar) is an asset.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies considered an asset
  • Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
