GYMVMT/HER GYMVMT is seeking a Junior Fitness Consultant in Edmonton. This role requires strong customer service, sales-driven mindset, and the ability to guide guests toward membership options. Evening and weekend shifts are part of the schedule, with some 5 AM starts as needed.

You will engage with members and visitors, listen actively, and collaborate with a high-energy team to deliver a welcoming fitness experience while upholding company standards and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 1 year experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette with basic knowledge of telephone equipment.
• Able to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize efficiently.
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral.
