Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal is hiring a Junior Designer to support design development for lifestyle and brand, staying current with trends and product novelty. You’ll help transform the business from brick & mortar to omni-channel leadership and tech-first fashion.

Responsibilities include creating styles for collections, contributing to trend ideas, developing 3D samples, managing calendars, and training in 3D design. Fluency in French or English is required for supplier communications.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma, DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in technical sketches.
• Detailed oriented, self-motivated.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Sound judgement and understanding of trends in garment industry.
• Available to travel (if necessary).
• French or English required for daily communication with suppliers and stakeholders.

Job Summary:
