Onterris, Inc. is seeking a Junior Environmental Scientist/Technologist/Geoscientist to join our Calgary, Alberta team.

You will assist with field coordination and execution of Phase I–III environmental site assessments, remediation, and groundwater monitoring programs. The role requires a degree or technical diploma in environmental sciences or engineering, 1–3 years of related experience, teamwork, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with field coordination and execution of Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments; remediation and groundwater monitoring programs.
  • Support well abandonment activities including surface reclamation, soil and vegetation assessment.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, work plans, and cost estimates.
  • Participate in spill responses and related cleanup activities.
  • Travel as required to support field programs.
  • Aid other service line projects when needed.
