Job summary

A leading aerospace firm in Brampton is seeking a Junior Electro-Mechanical Assembly & Test Technician to join their Robotics and Space Operations team. In this role, you'll assemble and repair electromechanical devices while adhering to strict industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and mechanical systems, a college diploma in technology, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Training and certification in polymeric, IPC; J-STD001, 620 including space addendum.
  • Experience in the Electro-Mechanical field is an asset.
  • Previous experience in MIL-STD, AS9100 environment considered valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, repair and rework electromechanical assemblies.
  • Adhere to applicable NASA, IPC and MIL standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation to meet delivery requirements.

Electronics and Mechanical background
Familiarity with technical drawings

Strong interpersonal skills
