Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Cost Controller for its Ontario/BC operations. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project controls to manage costs across major EPCM projects.

The candidate will oversee EcoSys implementation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with project managers and procurement for cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of cost control experience on major EPCM projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls, cost allocation and financial risk management.
• Proficiency in Ecosys project controls software.
• Knowledge of Excel, Aconex Cost, Primavera P6, Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management and invoicing processes by reviewing invoices, monitoring accruals, and providing cost-related insights.
• Participate in project meetings to provide project controls updates and ensure compliance with internal project controls standards.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $64,700 - $74,000 annually, applicable to Ontario and British Columbia)
