Formación

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Kinesiology program or closely related field.
• Strong interest in strength training, movement, health, and coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, professional, and accountable.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow and assist coaching staff during classes and support programs.
• Assist with class setup and teardown.
• Observe coaching techniques and cueing strategies; learn coaching systems and programming philosophy.
• Support onboarding, member questions, and community initiatives to enhance member experience.
• Capture photos/videos, assist with content and social media, and help with brand standards.
