Job summary

Crozier is seeking Civil or Water Resources Engineering recent graduates to join our Land Development team in Guelph and Collingwood. You’ll gain hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, working with senior leaders on grading, servicing, and stormwater management.

You will prepare designs and models using InfoWorks, SewerGEMS, WaterCAD/WaterGEMS, HEC-RAS, and AutoCAD/Civil3D, while developing reports and coordinating with multiple project teams to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an engineering consulting environment.
• Experience in hydrologic and hydraulic computer modelling.
• Proficient with hydraulic and hydrologic modelling software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of municipal land development principles in Ontario.
• Strong communication and technical report writing skills.
• Excellent time management and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil servicing and grading designs, modelling and studies for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
• Participate in project teams to resolve issues and satisfy approvals.
• Gather data and prepare reports; develop hydrologic/hydraulic models and write ups.
• Prepare hydraulic models (InfoWorks, SewerGEMS) and analyze sewer systems.
• Model water systems (InfoWater, WaterCAD) and document findings.
• Support design, hydrologic/hydraulic studies and compliance with agency requirements.
