Job Summary (Hybrid Role in office 3 days / Week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Junior Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide reporting and data visualization. The role involves visualizing data to support company growth and success.

This position collaborates closely with teams such as Information Systems, Human Resources, and Finance to gather, validate, and align operational and financial data for enterprise dashboards. The successful candidate will define KPI metrics, support dashboard development, and improve data usability across departments.

This role ensures teams have access to timely, accurate insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with IS and Finance teams to collect and validate operational and financial data.
  2. Ensure data integrity, standardization, and consistency across systems.
  3. Support mapping data sources to KPIs and dashboard requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  5. Create user-friendly data visualizations and reports based on business needs.
  6. Monitor and troubleshoot dashboard functionality and data issues.
  7. Refine KPIs and data sources to align with evolving business goals.
  8. Identify opportunities to enhance dashboard relevance and usability.
  9. Assist teams in interpreting data to inform strategy and performance.
  10. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to clarify data requirements.
  11. Help departments understand and utilize dashboards for performance tracking.
  12. Maintain documentation on data sources, reporting logic, and standards.
  13. Recommend improvements to streamline data workflows.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or scripting tools for data manipulation.
  • Interest in organizational design, systems thinking, or business transformation.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or reporting (co-op/internships accepted).
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Understanding of data structures, databases, and basic financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Work Location : In-office environment, currently 3 days per week
