Job description

Overview

Reporting to the Associate Director Nexus Investor Delivery you will :

• Support senior leadership with achieving department initiatives projects budget adherence
• Support and mentor team through training and development
• Review / Prepareinvestor allocations for waterfall calculations and oversee the processing of capital calls and distributions in line with client instructions and deadlines.
• Support team on department deliverables while ensuring adherence to company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration dealing and reporting.
• Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients ensuring all deliverables and requestsare met.
• Participate in regular team check-in meetings / calls sharing information ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture
• Support management in department initiatives projects risk mitigation
• Support and Promote MUFGs core values of Trust Challenge & Empowerment Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in fund administration with leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the fund industry and investor operations.
• A strong candidate would have some years of existing experience in a Fund Administration role with at least ayear working in a Private Equity role
• Have a strong knowledge of Private Equity structures regulatory requirements and waterfall calculations.
