The Golf Performance Project (GPP) is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Assistant Coach to support our junior development programs in a part-time role starting in spring 2026. With hours ranging from 20 to 40 per week seasonally, you will work closely with our management team and Junior Lead Coach to deliver high-performance training for our college pathway program and new golfer pathway. You'll benefit from direct mentorship and guidance from our experienced team of golf experts, who are dedicated to fostering your professional growth in a merit-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong playing skills and a commitment to nurturing the next generation of golfers.
Hourly wage ranging from $21 to $25, based on experience and qualifications, equivalent to a monthly range of $1,680 to $4,000 depending on hours worked.
