Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting and/or inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Prepare monthly recurring journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Perform accurate and timely billings of product sales to customers
  • Perform daily inventory balancing activities for assigned terminals and inventory locations
  • Process inventory purchase invoices for payment
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Tax, Operations to ensure accurate inventory reporting
  • Assist in preparation of quarterly/annual audit and tax support
  • Perform user acceptance testing for ERP system changes/enhancements
  • Assist with adhoc financial analysis, as required.

Job description

As a Junior Accountant in Inventory, your role is to perform daily balancing of inventory volumes, customer billings and month-end accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate accounting of inventory movements.
