The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction industry, and is skilled at closing deals both over the phone and in person. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business with contractors in the store and over the phone. The Inside Sales Representative is often the first impression and introduction to Herman’s Building Centres. Your job is to provide a world class customer experience and your ultimate goal is to create lasting customer relationships. You will handle the sales process from A-Z. You will be comfortable closing deals over the phone and in person.
