A leading supply company in Sarnia is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate business with contractors. This role involves maximizing sales through inbound and outbound strategies, cold calling, and providing world-class customer experiences. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of B2B sales experience and strong interpersonal skills. Compensation includes meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a supportive team environment.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business with contractors in the store and over the phone. The Inside Sales Representative is often the first impression and introduction to Herman’s Building Centres. Your job is to provide a world class customer experience and your ultimate goal is to create lasting customer relationships. You will handle the sales process from A-Z. You will be comfortable closing deals over the phone and in person.
