Responsibilities as Jr. PM
  • Support eCommerce Business Strategy : Work closely with the Product Manager to create, implement, and refine strategies that grow clients’ eCommerce businesses.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders : Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
  • Set Up and Manage Paid Media Campaigns : Assist in creating and optimizing ad campaigns across search and social channels to drive client performance.
  • Email Marketing Automation : Build and manage workflows, ensuring email strategies align with client goals.
  • Customer Experience Optimization : Set up and enhance tools to deliver top-notch customer service experiences.
  • Management of Web Development : Manage the development of features such as Buy Now Pay Later, back-in-stock notifications, and subscription models to boost client revenue.
  • Platform Migrations : Support web migrations and the development of new eCommerce sites.
  • Optimize Operations and Logistics : Help improve inventory management, shipping processes, and overall logistics for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Strategic Client Initiatives : Advise on and help implement client initiatives like omni-channel integrations, marketplace expansions, and more.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor performance metrics to analyze results and suggest improvements.
