What You’ll Do

• Sales and Service: Offer auto, home, and commercial insurance to new and existing clients.
• Customer Service: Respond to inbound inquiries (billing, claims, and modifications), follow up on leads, conduct insurance reviews, and uncover cross-sell opportunities.
• Build Referral Relationships — Connect with referral partners like car dealers, realtors, and property managers—no cold calling, just real conversations.
• Support marketing and administrative tasks to achieve business goals.

Competitive Compensation: Base salary + commissions + bonuses. First-year target: $50,000–$65,000.

This is an in-office position. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. No evenings, weekends, nor travel.
