We’re currently seeking a Jr. Integrated Logistics Support Analyst, Co‑op student who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative team developing the maintenance strategies and solutions the RCN needs—now and into the future.

Responsibilities

As a member of the ILS team, you’ll:

  • Spend most of your time working on naval projects, contributing to engineering analyses and modeling.
  • Learn and apply military and commercial specifications related to:
    • Maintenance planning
    • Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
    • Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR&M)
    • Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
    • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
    • Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
    • Spares modeling and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) modeling
  • Support Program Managers with customer engagement, presentations, and formal reports.
  • Gain exposure to contractual requirements, customer specifications, engineering data, and design changes throughout the product lifecycle.
