Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.## ## **What You'll Be Doing*** Manage parts inventory by tracking stock levels, ordering materials, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.* Process parts and equipment orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and effective coordination with suppliers and vendors.* Provide excellent customer service by assisting internal and external customers with identifying, sourcing, and obtaining required parts.* Maintain and utilize computerized inventory management systems to track inventory, orders, sales, and parts information.* Support daily operations by loading and unloading parts with a forklift, coordinating parts pickups and deliveries, and managing fuel orders.* Maintain maintenance records and files, track and record fuel usage, review vehicle and equipment pre-trip inspections, and ensure all documentation is accurately completed and properly filed. ## **What Are We Looking For*** Knowledge of parts management, inventory control, purchasing processes, and warehouse operations.* Ability to identify, source, and support automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery parts and components.* Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively support employees, vendors, and customers.* Proficiency with inventory management software, computerized parts systems, and related computer applications; TMT experience is considered an asset.* Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking abilities, with the capability to safely perform physical duties including lifting materials and handling inventory. ## **Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
