This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chilliwapp, BC, for a Journeyperson or 3rd/4th Year Construction Electrical Apprentice. As our company grows into servicing the greater lower mainland and Vancouver, opportunities for non lower mainland residents will increase. For the time being, we prefer that our employees reside within 30-40 minutes from our location in Chilliwapp. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in new construction and renovation projects, including wiring, fixtures, panels, and related equipment. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, following electrical codes, performing layout and rough-in, pulling cable, terminating devices, and assisting with troubleshooting and testing systems. The successful candidate will work with the rest of our great team to meet project timelines, follow health and safety procedures, use hand and power tools appropriately, and maintain a clean and organized work area. The role also includes collaborating with supervisors and other trades, reporting progress, and supporting continuous improvement of work practices.
