Position: Journeyman Electrician – Nanaimo, Victoria & Central Vancouver Island

We are currently seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team in Nanaimo, Victoria and the Central Vancouver Island area. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, takes pride in their workmanship, and is eager to contribute to projects across residential, commercial, and multi-residential sectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across a variety of projects
• Ensure work meets Osprey’s high standards for safety and quality
• Collaborate with team members and support apprentices in their training and development
• Communicate effectively with Foremen, Project Managers, and clients as required
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional jobsite culture

Qualifications

• Certified Journeyman ticket or Red Seal Electrician certification
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or multi-residential electrical work
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Must have a driver's license
