Job Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to build structures and frameworks
  • Install windows, doors, cabinets, siding, and other finish carpentry components
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Ensure work meets local building codes and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite

Requirements:

  • Valid Journeyman Carpenter certification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on carpentry experience
  • Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and work ethic
  • OSHA certification (preferred but not required)
