A leading digital investigative software company is seeking a Renewal Manager responsible for managing customer renewals and maximizing revenue retention. The ideal candidate will have strong selling knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive on-time renewals. This role is based in or near Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, and offers a chance to be part of a dynamic and inclusive team.

The Renewal Manager is accountable for customer retention through the renewal process. The position is responsible for driving, managing, and closing assigned opportunities within the assigned territory that are up for renewal. This position requires a strong knowledge of systems and process selling, the ability to manage and close large volumes of opportunities.
Preferred location for Canadian Applicants: In or within proximity to Kitchener‑Waterloo region.
Preferred location for US applicants: Atlanta region.
