What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects required to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients
  • Collaborate with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to maximize reimbursement solutions
  • Handle documentation and submissions to insurance companies and public funding programs
  • Implement Financial Means Test to enhance patient prescription drug coverage
  • Report all adverse events to the appropriate departments
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, in an office setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Professional and efficient telephone manner
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry
  • Bilingualism in French and English
