A leading Canadian insurance provider is seeking a Vice President of Business Development in Toronto to create growth strategies and lead a Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, with a strong track record in developing broker relationships and achieving business targets. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model requiring onsite attendance three days a week, offering a competitive salary of CAD 220,000 - 270,000 along with benefits and bonuses.
Job Overview: The Vice President of Business Development provides the strategic leadership required to profitably grow the revenue of Wawanesa’s P&C Operations in their market by developing growth strategies and leading a Business Development team on the execution of sales programs with our broker distribution partners.
This role requires you to be physically onsite in a Wawanesa office 3 days per week.
