Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software.
  • Manage the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available.
  • Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for the franchise in conjunction with a CPA.
  • Provide accurate job costing and lead the team in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and internal partners.
  • Collect and analyze information to detect problems and support decision making.
  • Request and maintain updated Workplace Safety certificates and insurance coverage for subcontractors.
  • Enter timesheets and process payroll.
  • Demonstrate empathy, urgency and effective communication through modern technology.
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster positive working relationships across departments.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience and certifications.
