Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced backend engineer to drive Java-based microservices within our enterprise document management workflows. You will design and implement scalable services using Spring Boot, while integrating event-driven flows with Kafka and deploying cloud-native apps on AWS.

You will collaborate across onshore and offshore teams, contribute to code reviews, and mentor developers to ensure robust, maintainable delivery throughout CI/CD pipelines and

Key Responsibilities

• L*** backend Java development and integration initiatives supporting enterprise document management workflows.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and support event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services, including S3, Lambda and batch processing.
• Work directly with CI/CD pipelines, including troubleshooting builds, deployments and application delivery issues.
• Diagnose application and infrastructure issues involving Docker, Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Participate actively in coding, code reviews, debugging and technical problem-solving.
• Provide hands-on technical l***ership and mentoring to development teams.
• Coordinate technical delivery across onshore and offshore resources.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders and client technology teams.
• Support integration with enterprise document generation, storage, distribution and e-signature platforms.
