At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small cross functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster siloed individuals working independently.Small, nimble engineering teams generate collective empathy and comradery, thus increasing their ability to anticipate unforeseen development scope changes and maintain high quality deliverables. The Role:

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Full stack Java Tech Lead to serve our diverse base of global clients. Roles & Responsibilities:

· Participate in business requirement meetings.

· Understand technical requirement.

· Provide high level solutions in technical analysis meetings.

· Owning delivery of a 10-member team and manage follow-ups.

· Manage intra team communications.

· Manage and offshore deliveries and escalations.

Qualifications

· Good knowledge and development experience in Java based microservices.

· Must have development experience in Azure or AWS cloud, serverless is extra advantage.

· Must be continues integration and delivery patterns and understand various rollout plans.

· Should be experienced in Type script via front end or back-end development.

· Basic knowledge in GrapQL.

· Resource and delivery management experience
