Jasper Skytram Lift Operations Supervisor

Pursuit Collection — Jasper, AB

Pay: $20 an hour

Job type: Seasonal, Full-time

Location: Jasper, AB

This seasonal role begins July 8 and runs until November 3, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by enforcing and ensuring all safety procedures are followed, leading by example with a safety-first mentality.
• Display, support, and train new lift operators to provide an interactive and professional experience that aligns with world-class host standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and work as part of the team to ensure all operational needs are communicated and met each day.
• Cover front-line lift operations as needed and adapt to changing needs to provide support and coverage.
• Report and collaborate with Lift Operations management.
• Lead by example and create/maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Serve as the escalation point for customer service issues, handle customer concerns, and react quickly and professionally.
• Act as the manager on duty, including opening and closing the property, performing safety checks, and test flights.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain daily operating and cleaning logs and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
• Adapt to high-pressure situations including operational issues and weather delays; maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational and emergency policies and procedures.
• Serve as a First-Aid responder and assist with general property cleanliness.
• Provide staff transportation as needed.

Qualifications
