Overview

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused e-bike rental attendant to join our team. The attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting and renting e-bikes, and ensuring the safety and maintenance of our rental fleet.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide information about available e-bike models and rental procedures.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate bikes based on their needs and skill level.
• Provide safety instructions and demonstrations on proper e-bike operation.
• Process rental transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the rental bikes.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs or report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Manage a solar energy system and ensure batteries are sufficiently charged.
• Ensure all rental agreements and waivers are signed and completed correctly.
• Educate customers on local routes, bike safety, and riding etiquette.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Keep the rental area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Additional responsibilities may include tail-guiding and delivering bikes.
