Job Overview

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will, under general direction, train, schedule and direct frontline staff to perform duties to guest experience standards.

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Work Environment

Seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer 2025. Remote yet social environment. Physical demands include walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and verify daily cash reports.
  • Ensure accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions.
  • Coordinate food and beverage orders and inventory.
  • Interact with customers and maintain high level of customer service.
  • Receive payment for all services provided to the customer.
  • Listen and respond to customer complaints.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant area at all times.
  • Relieve servers as required.
  • Uphold environmental stewardship standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Excitement to live and work in a remote, social environment.
  • Mature, energetic, dependable, self‑motivated, natural leadership ability.
  • Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Accounting experience and proficiency in Word and Excel (asset).

  • Comfortable working on feet for extended periods.
  • Meet grooming and appearance standards.
