Job description

Full-time position – Jasper, AB. Beginning July 2025.

What will you do in this job?
  • Oversee daily lift operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and safety codes.
  • Maintain accurate operational records in line with safety and insurance requirements.
  • Lead, train, and support the Lift Operations team, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance for facilities, working with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion of work.
  • Manage procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring appropriate inventory levels and vendor relationships are maintained.
  • Assist with facilities upkeep, including minor repairs, troubleshooting, and identifying areas needing attention to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
  • Foster a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, including chairing the Health & Safety Committee.
  • Collaborate across departments and with contractors, maintaining strong communication and coordination.
  • Support emergency response efforts and assist with lift and building maintenance as needed.
  • Manage transportation logistics for staff and provide reports on guest statistics and department budgets.
  • Consistently represent the company professionally and take on additional duties as assigned.
Selection Criteria
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1–2 years of previous tourism/hospitality experience, in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven ability to lead.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and comfortable working at heights up to 70 m.
  • Aerial lift industry or related experience is an asset.
