Job summary

Evolution in Burnaby is seeking an Online Casino Dealer to host Blackjack, Poker and Roulette on a 24/7 schedule. You’ll rotate day, evening and overnight shifts from our private studio and engage players with enthusiasm while presenting games on camera.

The role requires availability for overnight shifts (11:00 PM–7:00 AM), fluent Japanese and working knowledge of English. Compensation starts at $22/hr during training, rising to $24.75/hr plus a monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be available and committed to working overnight shifts (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in Japanese, working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically introduce players, the rules of the game and the winners.
• Deal cards, spin a wheel, and announce winners.
• Use quick and accurate handling of cards.
• Research appropriate topics and trivia to discuss with the audience.
• Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game.
• Engage in friendly conversation, without offering your opinion.
• Be presentable and confident in front of the camera.
• Always use a positive parting remark to end the game conversation.

Since our studios operate 24/7, you’ll rotate between day, evening, and overnight shifts, from the comfort of our private, state‑of‑the‑art studio located in Central Burnaby. You’ll host iconic casino games like Blackjack, Poker and Roulette, with unlimited virtual players.

What You’ll Do:
