Job summary

Stelpro, Inc. in Canada is seeking a diligent janitorial worker to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will schedule your tasks based on maintenance requests and special projects.

You’ll wash, wax, sweep, and polish floors; clean and disinfect furniture; service washrooms; empty trash; manage waste; ensure equipment cleanliness and operation; and handle additional related duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, sweep, and polish floors in rooms, corridors, and stairways using the appropriate equipment
• Clean and disinfect furniture
• Clean washrooms and wash carpets
• Empty garbage cans and replace the bags
• Manage waste and take it to the appropriate locations
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper operation of equipment
• Perform any other related duties
