Pilot Company in Ontario is hiring for a Facility Services position. The role focuses on maintaining clean facilities, cleaning showers, restrooms, and general store upkeep while delivering excellent guest service.

You’ll work as part of a team and may rotate nights, days, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule. Pay starts between $17.95 and $22.10 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits including extended health care, paid time off, and a retirement plan where applicable.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starter with teamwork ethos.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and be on feet for long periods.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
