Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience.
• Phlebotomy or IV skills are required.
• Proficiency with medical software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient relations through ongoing dialogue before, during and after treatments.
• Oversee patient check-in/registration, payments and discharge processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and inventory management.
